DNSPulse provides derived infrastructure-level diagnostics based on publicly queryable DNS reputation systems and internal analysis.

- Sender Infrastructure Analysis: Domain and IP reputation analysis across multiple reputation signal systems
- Deliverability Readiness Score: Warm Index calculation (0-100) with detailed breakdown
- Infrastructure Intelligence: Historical abuse indicators analysis, shared pool detection, and risk signal monitoring
- Real-Time DNS Checks: On-demand DNS lookups and configuration validation
- Historical Tracking: 30-day trend analysis and monitoring snapshots of derived signals
4.2 Data Sources and Accuracy
DNSPulse queries only publicly queryable or licensed intelligence systems and does not access or extract data from restricted or non-permitted interfaces. All outputs are derived signals and not direct representations of any third-party dataset.
4.3 Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be subject to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Temporary disruptions due to technical issues
- Changes, modifications, or discontinuation at our discretion
- Rate limits and usage restrictions based on your subscription plan
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
5.1 Plan Options
DNSPulse offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Verdict-only access with basic infrastructure monitoring and limited checks
- Single Report ($2): One comprehensive report with complete analysis
- Starter Plan ($10/month): 10 full reports per month with priority support and monthly rollover
- Professional Plan ($40/month): 50 full reports per month with priority support and API access
5.2 Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods via Stripe/Razorpay
- Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Tax: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
- Failed Payments: Subscription services may be suspended if payment fails
5.3 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our Service:
- Single report purchases are non-refundable once the report is generated
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period
- We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for service issues

5.4 Plan Changes and Cancellation

6. Acceptable Use Policy
When using DNSPulse, you agree NOT to:
- Abuse the Service: Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to excessively query our system beyond reasonable limits
- Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate unsolicited or malicious email campaigns
- Circumvent Restrictions: Attempt to bypass account approval, rate limits, or payment requirements
- Interfere with Operations: Disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Misrepresent Identity: Impersonate others or provide false information
- Share Accounts: Allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
- Scrape Data: Extract data from the Service for competitive or commercial purposes without permission
- Violate Third-Party Rights: Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Accuracy of third-party data sources (DNS, reputation signal systems)
The Service provides informational analysis only. You are solely responsible for your email infrastructure configuration and deliverability practices.
10.3 External Data Sources
Our Service relies on external APIs and data sources that we do not control. We are not responsible for:
- Inaccuracies or errors in third-party data
- Unavailability of external services
- Changes to third-party APIs or policies
- Delays in data updates from external sources
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNSPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages: Including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service Interruptions: Downtime, data loss, or failed monitoring checks
- Third-Party Actions: Blocklisting, reputation damage, or deliverability issues
- Security Breaches: Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
- Reliance on Data: Business decisions made based on monitoring results
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DNSPulse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your email sending practices or infrastructure configuration

13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Canceling your subscription from account settings
- Contacting our support team for account deletion
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for the current billing period.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your payment method fails or your account is past due
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Required by law or court order
